True-blue audiophiles usually get their dedicated hi-fi room done up first before anything else when they move into a new place. AMK is one such lucky chap - new house, new furnishing, new hi-fi system. What more do we need?.
Although still work in progress, AMK’s nicely fitted, fully equipped, dedicated home entertainment system has room enough even to play a full-range floorstander. As-is, the sound is very commendable. We reckon after the necessary fittings are completed e.g. curtain, LP racks, hi-fi power sockets etc, there could be another 10-20% improvement. We can’t wait to pay him another visit.
AMK trusts his ears and imported some fresh gears (pre, power and speakers) from Lawrence Audio of Taiwan. Analogue is an all-new experience for him and even so, his first turntable is already the mid-high analogue system from Origin Live. In his words, quote “If CD is trying to sound like LP, then why not buy the real thing?”
